NHP's exciting 18-month Sales Cadet program is designed to recruit, develop and retain energetic and industrious individuals to work within our innovative and creative team.

To be eligible to apply for this ongoing program, individuals must have completed an electrical trade apprenticeship or an electrical engineering qualification.

During the program the Sales Cadets gain valuable experience and knowledge from working in the different departments of NHP, including; supply chain, workshop, products, engineering, internal sales, estimating, field sales and marketing. This training equips the sales cadets with the tools to become part of the best industrial electrical sales team in Australia and potential leaders of the future.
